An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Legal Secretary & PA to join Streets Law Limited, our professional law firm based in our Lincoln office. This important role involves regular communication with clients and external advisers, where first impressions count. The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional service to our clients and provide administrative support to the managing director and wider team of fee earners.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and numeracy skills, have a friendly and outgoing personality and be willing to learn and be part of a growing team. It is essential the successful candidate is computer literate and has a competent knowledge of Microsoft Office. A highly organised approach, a strong work ethic with a can do attitude are also important requirements. Previous legal work experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Streets Law is ambitious and progressive, with a strong vision and strategy for growth in its chosen legal markets. We are seeking a qualified corporate and commercial solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE gained at a leading regional or City firm to join an established team and play a pivotal role in growing the business.
The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise and experience handling a diverse caseload covering both corporate and commercial legal matters including private company share and asset purchases, management buy-outs and buy-ins, shareholder and investment agreements, share schemes and general corporate governance and company secretarial work.
In addition to strong technical abilities and a track record of advising on and leading M&A deals up to £10million, the successful candidate will be confident, self-motivated and able to work as comfortably on their own as well as with the support of the managing director and support staff. Above all, the ideal candidate will be a team player and will be able to motivate and inspire others.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with drive and ambition and who is looking for a role with significant growth potential and with responsibility for supervising and training junior lawyers.
